ECS Engineering Services is an appointed framework contractor for a wide range of organisations, incorporating government bodies, water drainage boards, protection agencies and research initiatives.

The Environment Agency

A long-established maintenance framework partner, the Environment Agency relies on ECS to provide maintenance and replacement of flood and water control assets across the country, while conducting all service and installation operations in an environmentally sensitive, safe manner.

Midlands & Anglian Regions – MEICA (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation control and automation) contractor

South-East Region – MEICA (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation control and automation) contractor. FCRM (flood and coastal risk management) Capital Works.

Scottish Water

ECS Engineering Services is currently a framework contractor for Scottish Water, supplying electrical and mechanical inspection, repair and maintenance services to Archimedes Screw Pumps across the whole of the Scottish Region.

As a part of this framework agreement, ECS has outlined standard and emergency call out response times along with agreed lead times for maintenance, repair and replacement work.

Scottish Canals

ECS operates a large-scale contract services framework for the fabrication, maintenance and replacement of Loch gates to Scottish Canals. Scottish Canals is responsible for all the assets on 140km of canals including the entirety of the Caledonian Canal from Inverness with the west coast at Fort William.

British Antarctic Survey (BAS)

For over 20 years, ECS Engineering Services has been providing the British Antarctic Survey with high specification, bespoke steel fabrications on an annual basis.

This has encompassed work on the Halley V and VI stations, with all fabrications designed to withstand prevailing winds of up to 90 miles per hour and an average external temperature of –30°C with an extreme minimum of -56°C.

Highways England

Highways England has signed a framework agreement with ECS Engineering Services to inspect and maintain a range of drainage pumping station assets across the Midlands. Covering everything from reporting to turnkey M&E projects.
