Engineering & Fabrication
The Fabrication Workshop comprises of 22,000 sq. ft., and utilises a range of equipment to manufacture products including steel structures, access equipment, chutes, gantries, trusses, bridge sections, hoppers and silos. We also manufacture a wide range of tanks to a high specification in mild and stainless steel for major water, engineering and structural steel companies.
Our Design Services encompass a wide choice of options, including initial feasibility studies, detailed working drawings, and complete project design. Our skilled designers and draughtsmen use Autocad 2005 with the additional capability of 3D solid modelling which ensures speed, flexibility and accuracy. Draughtsmen are also available on a contract basis, carefully matched to our clients’ requirements.
Recent design works for other clients include detailed layout drawings of chutes and conveyors for a coal-handling plant in China and detailed design for a scrap tyre-handling scheme for loading into a kiln for incineration at a cement works. The company provides an extensive range of non-destructive testing services, both on our own premises and on site.
